There are lots of ways to make Moroccan tea, but this is the way my aunty taught me. First put a few spoons of black tea into a tea pot and boil the kettle. Poor the boiling water into the pot with the black tea. Leave for a minute or so, then pour the water out into a cup or jug and throw away the black tea leaves.
Now take a generous helping of fresh mint leaves and put in the teapot. Add some sugar cubes to taste, but you can also have without sugar for a healthier option. Now pour the water you kept from the black tea back into the pot. Pour and enjoy! Its best with breakfast, after a meal or with biscuits in the afternoon!
We can prepare many herbal teas such as chamomile, wild thyme or cumin with anise. All of them are good for treating colds or coughs.
To prepare coffee, you need a cup of boiled water, like the one in the picture, and add a medium spoon of Arabic coffee. Flavour with cardamom. Bring it to a boil a little, then enjoy. You can add sugar if you like the taste. We drink it a lot in nature.
